Order cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Please send us an email to cancel your order. Once orders have been shipped, they can no longer be changed.

Order tracking

A tracking number will be created once your order has been shipped. Please provide a valid email address to track your order. Click here to track your parcel.

Change of address or phone number

If you would like to change the phone number or address provided when placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer modify this information. In that case, you will need to request a reshipment and place a new order.

Order tracking issues

If you experience any issues with your tracking number or the delivery of your parcel, please contact the carrier directly before contacting us. Tracking information may take 1 to 3 business days to appear. In rare cases, tracking information may not be updated, but you may still receive your order. Contact us for an estimated delivery time.
