In accordance with our return policy, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to submit a return request.

Your item must be new, unworn, and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging, in order to be returned. The invoice or other proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel. The customer is responsible for obtaining a return label. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

What are the restocking fees? There are no restocking fees.

How can customers return their products? By postal service.

Under what product conditions do we allow returns? New, never worn or used, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Return costs Please contact us if the product was damaged by the carrier, in which case you will not have to bear the return costs. However, if you ordered the wrong product, it does not fit, or you changed your mind, the return costs will be at your own expense.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be sent to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. Refunds are generally processed within 7 days after the return has been approved.
